Soaking Instructions

Soak casing for 20 minutes in lukewarm water before filling.
Once casing has been soaked it must either be used during the same day or taken out of water and salted down.
If it has been left longer than one day or not salted down the casing must not be used.
The shelf life of the casings is 6 months from the date of purchase
